Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. 

Made-to-Order Items (Sizing & Change of Mind):

Because each item is made to order, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. We're unable to offer refunds for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
